Yes, if you have bought a bottle that is drinkable, you will be able to take delivery at any time. If you have bought a pre released bottle or En Premier wine then you will be able to take delivery on launch if you wish to do so. However, if the item was purchased under bond, taxes and duties will be payable upon delivery.

For casks, they require bottling before delivering. If you choose this route, VAT and duty will apply
