Your Certificate of Ownership is issued instantly once your purchase is complete, confirming your ownership of the cask.
However, the physical transfer of the cask to the holding warehouse can take 2–8 weeks from the date full payment is received. This timeframe allows for collection, verification, and safe delivery into bonded storage.
If the warehouse hasn’t received it yet, your cask is simply still in transit or awaiting intake processing. Once it’s safely stored, your ownership details will already be registered and remain fully valid.
