Log into the online portal. Click the red ‘Verify Account’ button (in the menu bar)
Enter your details and press update details.
Scan the onscreen QR code with your mobile phone. Alternatively, you can continue on your computer, although a webcam will be required.
Enter the country where your documents originated from.
Select your form of ID.
Take an image of your ID documents, avoiding glare or lighting issues.
Upload a selfie, and remember to remove facial coverings or glasses.
Verification is now complete.

Log into the online portal. tap ‘Account’ at the bottom and then ’Verify Account.
Enter your details and check your email for a verification link (if it’s not in your inbox, try your Junk/Spam folder).
Open the link and upload a photo of your ID and a selfie when prompted.
You’ll get an email once verified so you can begin using your account.
Input your details and press update details.
You should now receive an email to the email address used to register the account.
Following the link found in your email, upload a valid form of ID and take a selfie to confirm you identity. This step will require the use of a smartphone (with a working camera)
