We offer a few special services that you can request at any time if you own a cask:

You can request any of the service by sending a message to your account manager or [email protected]. If you have more than £50 000 of assets in your portfolio, these services are free.

Regauging is measuring the amount of alcohol left in a cask. Alcohol in the cask naturally evaporates at around 2% per year, making the whisky more mature and palatable.

We recommend regauging your casks every few years to keep an eye on the alcohol volume, or before you intend to sell it.

Reracking means changing the cask your spirit sits in. You might want to rerack if you'd like the taste of whisky to be more complex, or if you want to make the taste unique.

Your account manager can help you pick a new cask, but you will need to purchase it additionally.

Sometimes you will want to get a sample to taste the flavour of your maturing whisky. You can order a 5cl bottle to better sense how your whisky is developing. You can also request a bigger sample size at an additional cost
